Payment Policies
Payment Confirmation
After your payment is received, we will email you a confirmation which you can bring to the training or conference for proof payment.
Cancellation/Refund and Transfer Policy
A 25% fee will be assessed for cancellations received up to five (5) business days prior to the conference or training event. Cancellations received after this deadline will not be refunded.
Conference and training registrations are transferable from one participant to another (but not from one event to another) with five (5) business days notice.
